  Join the Mothers of Children with Special Needs subgroup for a casual daytime hang to swap stories, ask questions, share advice and experiences, and just catch up with each other. We'll serve coffee and light snacks. Drop by when you can and stay for as long as you're able between 9:30am and 11:00am. This event is open to all WMF members, and is particularly geared towards moms who identify as having a child with special needs (in whatever way you define that).

  The Mothers of Children with Special Needs ("MOCWSN") is a WMF subgroup for moms who identify as having a child with special needs, in whatever way that means to them. Some moms in this group have kids who are receiving early intervention, some are wondering whether their child would benefit from an evaluation, some have kids with an ADHD or autism diagnosis, some have a child with a genetic diagnosis, and everything in between. All are welcome! We provide support to each other through organized events, our WhatsApp group chats, and informal sharing of personal experiences and resources.

  Are your kids starting to bounce off the walls in your home this winter? Then take them to ABL Fitness for a fun hour long class geared for children. Led by a licensed physical therapist, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Adaptive and Inclusive Fitness Professional, and Autism Fitness Professional, ABL Fitness blends clinical expertise with compassionate care. All exercises are customized to meet the athlete’s individual ability, ensuring that each participant can safely and effectively engage in the workout.
