Come and join a fabulous group of moms (including moms-to-be!) & babies for a FREE outdoor Pilates Fusion workout! This class is pre- and post-natal friendly, appropriate for all levels, and focuses on safe core activation, strengthening and stabilizing exercises, and energizing low impact cardio. Not only is this a great opportunity to get moving safely with (or without) your little one, it’s a wonderful chance to meet and connect with other moms.
Amanda Hanofee is a certified Barre, Pilates and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, and as a mom of two, she will happily provide an extra set of hands and any support needed for your little ones during class so you can keep moving!
Please bring a yoga mat, water and a safe spot for your baby to hang out while we move (stroller, blanket, etc.).
Phillips Park is easily accessible on foot via the Brook Path. Metered street parking is available on Seaward Rd, Maugus Ave and Washington Street.
There will be 15 minutes of social time to get settled before the class begins at 10.
