The Wellesley Mothers Forum annual Playdate in the Park is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to meet and mingle and learn about our amazing playgroups program!
Join us at Phillips Park to play and/or sign up for a playgroup. Playgroups are a great way to get to know other WMF members and their families in a smaller setting! For those who already have a playgroup assignment, feel free to come with or without your playgroup. You'll be able to sign up for a new playgroup assignment (whether you've had one before or not).
We'd love to have you stop by even if you're not interested in joining a playgroup. This is an open family event, so please feel free to bring a friend or neighbor who is interested in joining WMF!
Drop by any time between 10 am and 12:30 pm. Light refreshments will be available.

What are playgroups?
Playgroups run from October to April. We strive to group members based on their child's age and day/time availability. The goal is for playgroups to meet weekly to provide moms as well as their children opportunities to engage with and get to know other families going through similar milestones. Many playgroups decide to continue meeting long after the playgroup formally ends at the end of April.
Can I get a new playgroup assignment?
While many playgroups continue on for many years, some playgroups fizzle out as schedules change and members move away. You can sign up for a new playgroup each fall. While playgroup assignments are typically made in October, we do our best to accommodate members wanting to form new playgroups at other times of the year outside of our annual enrollment.
