The Wellesley Mothers Forum invites all new and expecting moms to a private Baby Booty workout class! Baby-wearing is optional, pregnancy is always welcome. Toddlers are welcome too, ages 4 and under! The exercises in class are based on movements of everyday life as a new parent/caregiver; squatting, hingeing, lifting, bending. The workout includes squats, lunges, arm exercises, standing ab exercises, and movements utilizing the barre. Baby Booty is for all parents in their prenatal and postpartum journey, and all caregivers, as all the exercises can be modified for your body and fitness level.
The studio offers a safe environment for toddlers and babies to run around with no worries for Mom and they have optional weights and mats available. They are pregnancy safe AND baby wearing optional (recommended for babies 5+ weeks) but also it's a great workout if you just want to come and join it!!
Registration fee is $18 / mom. WMF moms and guests are welcome. The studio has offered us a promotional discount for their Founders Membership for anyone who would like to sign up for a membership- $89/per month unlimited classes with 50% off their first month (3 month commitment). Typically, this membership is $99/per month! To use the promo, sign up during class or reach out to Ali at Baby Booty (ali@babybootyworkout.com) directly. This offer is available to all WMF members regardless if you were able to join the class.
This is a barefoot or grippy-sock workout. Bring water - mats and optional weights are provided.
