Now that the kids are back in school, we have designed an event for you to dedicate some time to yourself while also allowing you to connect with other community members. Jodi Bring, LMHC, a certified PART Instructor in Positivity and Relaxation Training, will kick off the event by sharing her experience utilizing relaxation techniques to support her family-building journey. She will then host an interactive meditation session (30 minutes) and share various mind-body practices to help mediate stress and develop coping skills. These techniques can improve sleep, health, personal well-being, and more. For those who are building their families or recently postpartum, she can highlight specific benefits based on her personal experience and share the necessary skills for you to implement the techniques moving forward.
The event begins at 12pm. Members are invited to hang around for light bites and conversation after Jodi's session. Feel free to bring your lunch, as well!
