Please join us in celebrating the holiday season by partnering with The Wonderfund to provide holiday gifts to local children in need. The Wonderfund is a non-profit organization serving children engaged with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. It provides service to 53,000 children who have been impacted by abuse and neglect, including emergency aid services, enrichment opportunities, everyday essentials such as toiletries and school supplies, access to cultural experiences across the Commonwealth, holiday gifts and more!
The WMF Teddy Bear Tea and Toy Drive is a beloved annual family tradition that includes festive food and drinks, children’s activities, singing and dancing! We request that all families please bring at least one unwrapped toy per child attending. We will be collecting all types of toys for all age groups, with a special request for gifts intended for older children and teenagers.
See below for a link to the most requested toys by age group: https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/37V12Q2WWXOLL
The registration fee is $75 per person, including adults and children 1 year and older (infants under 1 year are free). All sales are final. When registering, please make sure to count all family members as guests (if you are a family of 4, you will have 3 guests). Registration opens on Nov. 7 for event volunteers and coordinators, and opens on Nov. 9 for all WMF members.
Please note the Wellesley Country Club dress code prohibits denim of any kind (or the appearance of denim) and requires tucked in collared shirts for men.
