A Conversation with Neha Ruch, Founder of Mother Untitled, on Rebranding Career Pauses for Family Life

Join Neha Ruch, founder of Mother Untitled, for an enriching conversation about her work to rebrand stay-at-home motherhood and normalize career pauses – or downshifts – for family life. Whether you are currently considering a career pause, are at home with kids full-time, exploring part-time or flexible work, or aiming to rejoin the traditional workforce, Neha’s insights will help you feel empowered.

Neha Ruch is the founder of Mother Untitled, the leading platform for ambitious women leaning into family life. A thought leader, influencer, and sought-after speaker focusing on women, work, parenting and identity, Neha has sparked meaningful, supportive conversations, catalyzing a shift in how society views stay-at-home motherhood.

After 10 years working in Brand Strategy and receiving her MBA from Stanford, Neha decided to pause her career after the birth of her second child. She quickly encountered outdated stereotypes associated with being a stay-at-home mother—stereotypes that seemed more fitting to a bygone era than her own experience or the modern women she was meeting. She became determined to create the world's first collective of ambitious women on career pauses and downshifts to reshape the narrative around stay-at-home motherhood and give visibility to the gray area within which many women find themselves during a pause from traditional work outside the home. She built Mother Untitled, the leading platform for ambitious women leaning into family life. Her book, The Power Pause: How to Plan a Career Break After Kids – and Come Back Stronger Than Ever, to be released in January 2025, shares real stories and practical strategies to grow your confidence, expand your network, and unlock your full potential in this chapter.

Join us for light refreshments and to mix and mingle from 10:00AM to 10:30AM. The fireside chat will begin promptly at 10:30AM. Babies and toddlers are welcome!

First 10 to arrive will receive advance copies of Neha's book. Additional advance copies will be available for purchase on site (pay with check or credit card).
