Change is a natural part of life, but for kids, it can feel overwhelming. From the first day of school to a new babysitter, a family move, or a shift in family structure, these transitions can be tough for little ones who don't have the life experience to cope.

Join us for an insightful talk with Deborah Farmer Kris, a child development expert and author, designed to equip you with the tools and strategies to help your children navigate life's inevitable changes. We'll explore practical ways to prepare your kids for transitions, foster resilience, and create a supportive environment where they feel safe to express their feelings. We'll also dedicate time to helping moms navigate the back-to-school anxiety that often accompanies these big changes. Learn how to turn stressful moments into opportunities for growth and connection.

Leave with a deeper understanding of your child's emotional world and the confidence to guide them through every new chapter.

Social time will be from 7:30-8:00PM, with programming starting at 8:00PM.
