Join Dr. Mitch Abblett for an engaging and practical conversation on how to show up more fully in the moments that matter most. Through his approach known as “Momentology,” Dr. Abblett offers accessible, science-based mindfulness tools to help parents and families move beyond autopilot and reactivity toward greater presence, connection, and intentional action. You’ll learn simple strategies you can use right away to navigate stress, strengthen relationships, and respond more skillfully to everyday parenting challenges. No prior mindfulness experience required—just a willingness to pause, notice, and engage more thoughtfully with the moments in front of you.
Dr. Abblett is a clinical psychologist, author, consultant, and speaker with over 25 years of experience working with kids, parents, educators, and professionals. He is the founder of the Center for Contextual Change and the creator of Momentology, a practical framework that blends mindfulness, behavioral science, and values-based action. Dr. Abblett is also the author of The Five Hurdles to Happiness and Prizeworthy: How to Meaningfully Connect, Build Character and Unlock the Potential of Every Child, and his work focuses on helping people translate insight into meaningful, real-world change.
