Technology in kids’ lives is changing fast. Find out what the science says and what you can actually do about it. Join Dr. Jared Cooney Horvath, a former teacher turned cognitive neuroscientist who researches how children learn and develop and how technology intersects with these processes. Parents will come away with a clearer understanding of how the brain changes throughout childhood, what research tells us about learning and technology, and practical ways to support their children’s cognitive, academic, and emotional growth.
Dr. Horvath (PhD, MEd) is a Harvard-trained neuroscientist and educator and the founder of LME Global. He has worked with schools, universities, and governments in more than 30 countries and is the author of six books, including The Digital Delusion, and more than 60 research articles. His work has been featured by CNN, the BBC, The Atlantic, The Free Press, and C-SPAN.
